Peek the Yayoi Kusama for Louis Vuitton collection here

10th July 2012 9:19 am

A few months ago, it was announced that Louis Vuitton would be joining forces with Yayoi Kusama for two fabulous collections, the first of which will launch in Selfridges today. Exciting stuff!

Us girls don’t take kindly to spots, but Yayoi Kusama ones are where we are ready to make an exception.

Kusama collections aren’t for the wallflowers among us; if you don’t like the bold and the colourful, then you have no business buying the collection because there isn’t a single dull item in there. In fact, every single piece features the 83-year-old designer’s signature dots in one way or another.

If you like the first collection, then the great news is that you won’t have long to wait for the second one either as that launches in Selfridges on August 24th.

Who’s tempted to snap something up? Thank you to British Vogue for treating us to the first look at the collection – you can check it out in its entirety on the website. Go forth and browse!

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
