Mischa Barton launches her own London store

10th August 2012 10:15 am

O.C actress turned handbag designer Mischa Barton has just opened her very own boutique in London’s Spitalfields, rather aptly titled Mischa Barton Boutique.

“It’s nice that everything now has a home, a hub,” Mischa told British Vogue.“The brand was born in London, so I wanted the store to start here. Spitalfields Market is a perfect fit, because even though it’s East, it’s still very contained.

“The stores are really beautiful and old, and there are some really interesting brands here. It’s a good place to start. Also, now it’s super hip.”

We’ll say! Perhaps the most exciting this about the store though, is the fact that it will not only feature handbags, but Mischa’s newly designed range of clothing and beauty products too! And don’t worry, they’re all totally affordable, as prices range from just £25 to £250!

“I don’t think my fans are going out and buying £2,000 bags. It has to be accessible. I like the idea of making really cool things that are actually available to people.”

Unsurprisingly, we like that idea too! Mischa’s boutique officially opens today, and you can find it at 52 Brushfields Roads at Spitalfields Market. Drop by tomorrow for your chance to meet Ms Barton, sip some champagne and get 10% off!
