I’d like to pose a question to all of our wonderful readers out there; is it just me, or does it seem that the overall size of a garment is inversely proportional to the price? Let’s take undergarments, for example. I’ve found this lovely burgundy and navy patterned tunic on Nordstrom.com by Nally & Millie. This could be paired with jeans and worn as a tunic, or leggings/tights and worn as a dress. You potentially have a complete outfit for under $100 US.

However, if you want to buy some festive undergarments to go along with it, because let’s face it, one of the best ways to feel gorgeous is to know that you’re wearing something sexy and it’s totally secret, it’s going to set you back a pretty penny. This Elle MacPherson Intimates “Brazen underwire is going to set you back $70—and if you want the matching bottoms, it’s going to cost an additional $30 … and that’s just for the thong!

I’d prefer to spend my money on the parts of my outfit visible to the general public, but I don’t want to give up my cute undies either (blah cotton just isn’t going to cut it). So—where do you go for glam bras and undies? Post tips in the comments below!
