Last night we headed to the fifth floor of Harvey Nichols to celebrate the fabulous collaboration between Jean Paul Gaultier and Diet Coke.

As we told you last month, Jean Paul Gaultier has taken over from Karl Lagerfeld as the Creative Director of Diet Coke, and has done a phenomenal job in giving the bottles an iconic JPG make-over!

We got the chance to ogle both “Night and Day” bottles, but couldn’t pick a favourite if we tried. While the “night” has a sexy, rocky, gothic aesthetic to it with the iconic lace cone bra, the “day”  bottle comes in the iconic nautical design… and nothing screams Jean Paul Gaultier better than Breton stripes!

We know there have been some cracking Diet Coke creative directors over the years, but we think these are the most distinctive and iconic by far!

As well as getting a first-hand preview of the bottles, we got some very fitting nail-art done by the girls at NCLA… what do you think?
