prince william and kate middleton madame tussauds waxworks revamp2014

The Prince William and Kate Middleton waxwork figures at Madame Tussauds have received a bit of a make-over!

The original Duke and Duchess of Cambridge waxworks were inspired by the famous Mario Testino photoshoot that will go down in history – the one where the happy couple announced their engagement to the world!

Kate’s waxwork was kitted out in that stunning blue Issa dress that sold out everywhere, was reissued, and then sold out all over again, while Wills looked dapper as always in a matching suit.

The new waxworks, however, have a little more glitz and glamour to them. Kate is still wearing an Issa dress, but has swapped the mid-length hemline for a full length and fabulous one, and has gone for a lighter shade of blue and a chic half up, half down hairdo. Wills is looking suave and sophisticated in a Gieves and Hawkes suit.

We definitely approve and can’t wait to see them with our own eyes! What do you guys think?
