A closer look at the luxurious, limited edition Temperley for Filofax collection

24th February 2012 12:46 pm

A few days ago, we showed you pictures from the launch party of the Temperley for Filofax collection, but now it’s time to have a better look at the luxurious products themselves.

First up, we have The Guinea, the name of which came from its inspiration from guinea fowl feathers, and the aesthetic of which came from the charm of vintage accessories.  And if you don’t feel you’re fully ready to make the transition from smartphone to Filofax just yet, you can have both, as there’s a place for you to hold your phone too! But perhaps the best thing about The Guinea, in our opinion anyway, is the fact that it can also be used as a clutch bag! What more could you ask for?

The second Filofax, entitled The Affair is just as gorgeous. A bit provocative by name and by appearance, The Affair was influenced by the feel of lingerie against the skin. What other personal organisers can you say that about, eh? It also contains a bespoke Flex by Filofax A5 notebook, as well as its very own stationery!

We’re having a tough time deciding on a favourite; which one do you prefer? The Temperley for Filofax collection is available to buy through the website or at Selfridges now!

And don’t forget to watch the video below, where you can see Alice Temperley herself talking about the collaboration.

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
