A few days ago, the blogosphere blew up when it emerged that Jessica Biel used her $39,000 The Row backpack as a casual beach bag. Of all the places you don’t wanna get sand, that piece of back candy should always be top of the list!

However, now it looks like another backpack from Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s award-winning clothing line has got people talking. Celeb stylist Rachel Zoe took to her website to rave about how much she loved the multi patchwork fur backpack (which also comes in black shiny calf skin, slate shiny alligator and black alligator) and reportedly retails for just under $17,000.

Not everyone shares Rachel Zoe’s love for the bag though – PETA has once again hit out at the Olsen twins for their use of fur…

“If it looks like a troll and acts like a troll, it’s probably a Trollsen Twin — or someone wearing one of their new $16,000 totes, which are made from the fur and skins of innocent animals,” a spokesperson for PETA told Gossip Cop.

“What the Olsens lack in creativity, they try to make up for in shock value. Sadly, it’s the foxes, calves, and alligators — who often have the fur ripped off them while they are still conscious and able to feel pain — who pay the dearest price.”

Yikes! Time for you guys to weigh in…
