Emma Watson lands her first US Vogue cover for July

14th June 2011 10:35 am

Emma Watson is no doubt one of our most celebrated stars, but now it seems the Harry Potter actress has hit the editorial big time as she lands her first US Vogue cover slot.

Securing the US mag’s July cover issue firmly cements Emma’s overseas success, and dressed to perfection in a plastic Prada dress from the label’s autumn/winter 2011 collection, complete with deep plum lipstick, meant Ms Watson definitely didn’t let her style icon status slip one bit.

The photos were shot by Vogue favourite Mario Testino, who highlighted the 21-year-old’s clean-cut, mature looks to perfection – making us mere mortals envy her trademark pixie crop and defined cheekbones just that little bit more.

Inside the issue Watson talks about her battle between fame, love and education, as well as how she found playing Hermione for 10 years, reports LDNfashion.

How amazing – and different – does she look?

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
