Vanessa Paradis: new face of Chanel Coco Cocoon

Taking over from Lily Allen as the new face of Chanel’s Coco Cocoon handbags will be French belle Vanessa Paradis, a friend , and familiar face , to the French fashion house.
Having previously fronted campaigns for fragrances, beauty products and accessories, this latest lead role for the luxury label marks her fifth performance, so it’s just as well the actress finds herself right at home.
She’ll be starring in the house’s spring campaign, the Telegraph reveal, modelling the latest additions to the Coco Cocoon family as shot by Karl Lagerfeld himself; the results of which we’ll see when the ads break in June.
Karl, meanwhile, is showing his Autumn/Winter designs for Chanel in Paris today. The set? Icebergs, of course. They’re fake though, as is the fur. Who’d have thought?
