It might have been fierce on the runway, but Louis Vuitton‘s campaign for autumn/winter has to be the most adorable to date – with the help of two doe-eyed canines.

The ad sees Daphne Groeneveld and Anais Pouliot sitting in the back of a sweet vintage car in an abundance of fetish fashion, including high-heeled rubber boots, officer caps and seductive driving gloves while two pampered pooches nestle on their laps – all hinting towards the tongue-in-cheek nature of the brand’s travel attire.

“Who wouldn’t want to be this gorgeous young woman in the back seat of this beautiful car?” asks Marc Jacobs, Vuitton’s artistic director.

Apparently, dozens of young hopeful doggies auditioned for the Vuitton role, but only seven pedigreed pairs made the cut, alongside the tongue-twistingly named models Zuzanna Bijoch, Daphne Groeneveld, Gertrud Hegelund, Nyasha Matonhodze, Anaïs Pouliot and Fei Fei Sun.

The ads were shot by Steven Meisel, with styling by Karl Templer, makeup by Pat McGrath and hair by Guido Palau, and will reportedly debut in August, reports WWD.
