It’s the end of an era indeed – after 13 scantily clad years as the leading face of Victoria’s Secret, original angel Heidi Klum is hanging up her wings as she announces she’s leaving the lingerie label for good.
So we hear, the model’s decided to direct her attention towards her other commitments, namely presenting Project Runway and designing her newly-launched maternity line, and will not be walking in November’s runway show.
“All good things have to come to an end,” Heidi tells Modelina. “I will always love Victoria and never tell her secret. It’s been an absolute amazing time.”
Naturally, speculation has already turned to who will take Klum’s prestigious place as head angel at Victoria’s Secret – Doutzen Kroes, Mirander Kerr, Rosie Huntington Whiteley, Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio all have wings currently, but with Miranda and Doutzen both pregnant, we reckon we can count them out already.
