You might be bored of hearing about Lindsay Lohan’s fashion flop for Ungaro, but a certain designer’s not done with it yet. After facing flack from fashion’s elite, press and designers alike – there’s one man who’s probably got more reason to moan than most: Emanuel Ungaro. And moan he did this week.

Oh dear. Lindsay Lohan’s got in the neck again, this time from Giambattista Valli.

Lindsay Lohan debuted her first collection for Ungaro this weekend in Paris.

A few months ago we reported that Tabloid favourite and leggings lover Lindsay Lohan was rumoured to be joining Paris fashion house Emanuel Ungaro as  ‘creative consultant’, and it just so turns out that the whispers are true.

Esteban Cortazar will remain at the House of Emanuel Ungaro “for now.” The 25-year-old head designer – who joined the label in December 2007 when he was just 23 - has no plans to leave, despite recent reports he was unhappy Lindsay Lohan was being lined-up as a design consultant. Speaking at the Ungaro menswear show, he told WWD: “For now, I am here.”
